Why could my order take up to 1-2 weeks to ship?

All orders are made to order....1 item at a time!  (why we do not require minimums).   That often includes ordering the item you want printed.   *If we have what you need in stock, we will certainly ship it to you faster!!

Do you offer logo design services?    

We will do any quick/basic set ups (names, numbers, etc).   *If you need a basic design, we got it!   *If you require a 'from scratch' logo, it would be best to have it created by a full blown graphic designer and then send us the file.  We can size it and take it from there! 

What type of printing will be on my products?  (see care instructions below to allow your products to maintain their quality as long as possible!)

The majority of the items are printed and heat pressed with DTF.   This method offers versatility, quality and durability!  

The tumblers are sublimination printed and heat transferred.   This method requires a lighter colored product in order to show the images but the graphic colors, etc has little limitations.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS - APPAREL / DTF: *we have tested our products plenty by this method and running it through a 'normal' wash & heat cycle.  They will survive either way:)  But these guidelines will help them keep their top quality as long as possible. 

• check the manufacturer wash instructions first!

• turn inside out
• delicate cycle, cold water
• low heat or air dry
